  • The product must not be used or damaged .
  • Provide the receipt or proof of purchase .

c. Items on Sale

Yes, you can get refunds on items bought during sales or at discounts. They must meet the above conditions.

2. Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product, email us at contact@eatwoo.com . We’ll help you with the exchange. Exchanges have the same rules as refunds.

3. Return Process

a. Initiating a Return

To start a return, email us at contact@eatwoo.com . Tell us your order number and why you’re returning it.

b. Shipping the Product Back

After we approve your return, send the product to:

Make sure it’s well-packaged and use a trackable shipping method. Get a tracking number and insurance, as we can’t be responsible for lost items.

c. Refund Timeline

We’ll refund you within 7-10 business days after getting and checking the returned product. The refund will go back to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

These items can’t be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements).
  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, subscriptions).

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you get a damaged or defective product, contact us right away at contact@eatwoo.com with photos. We’ll help fix the problem, possibly by replacing or refunding it.

6. Cancellation of Orders

To cancel an order before it ships, contact us quickly at contact@eatwoo.com . Once shipped, it can’t be canceled and follows our return policy.
