Carrot cake – Healthy Sweets

Ingredients for Carrot cake recipe

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 carrots
  • ½ Zest of an orange
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons of baking powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon of salt
  • Ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger – to
    taste

  • 1/2 cup of dried fruits and
    nuts

For the cream and decoration

  • 100 grams of soft cottage cheese
    (1%)

  • 100 milliliters of pomegranate-flavored
    yogurt

  • Blueberries for decoration

How to make Carrot cake ?

1. Blend the bananas with a blender. Pour this blend
into a suitable container, then add the egg and olive oil and whisk until it’s
all smooth.
2. Grate the carrots and pour it all into the banana
blend. Then add the chopped orange peels and stir together.
3. Get your sifted flour, baking powder, spices, and
prepare as normal.
4. Add the banana blend to the flour dough.
5. Get a pestle or any other suitable utensil and
break the fruits and nuts before adding it to the dough. 
6. Put the dough in a baking pan, preferably silicone
and bake as normal.
Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
7. For the cream, mix the cottage cheese with yogurt.
8. Cut the cake into half and cream.
9. Decorate with blueberries.
